Doctor Profile | Dr. Alice Lin, Optometrist

Dr. Alice Lin is an optometrist originally from Taiwan. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry degree from University of Houston College of Optometry. After completing her professional training, Dr. Lin returned to California to serve the community. She has practiced at the Palo Alto Veterans Affairs Blind Rehabilitation Center as well as the Optometry Department at Kaiser Permanente, where she gained extensive clinical experience and remains committed to providing professional, attentive, and trusted vision care.

Dr. Lin is known for her warm and approachable manner and values clear communication with her patients. She takes the time to listen carefully to each patient’s needs and is dedicated to delivering personalized eye care. In addition to her clinical work, she is actively involved in community service, frequently participating in free vision clinics and local health outreach programs. She is also a volunteer with Tzu Chi, striving to give back to the community through her professional expertise.

Outside of work, Dr. Lin enjoys photography and video editing. She has a passion for capturing meaningful moments and preserving warm, memorable experiences for people and events.

The name “ZUZAI Vision” reflects Dr. Lin’s hope to provide every patient with clear, comfortable, and effortless vision—so everyone may enjoy healthy eyes as a window to a brighter and more beautiful world.

With over 20 years of clinical practice, Dr. Lin brings extensive experience in comprehensive eye care, vision correction, and orthokeratology (Ortho-K). Her long-standing dedication to optometry allows her to provide thoughtful, personalized care tailored to each patient’s visual needs.
